How fast does a change in Google Tasks reach Doneday?
Within seconds. Doneday polls the Google Tasks API and reconciles changes in the background, so a task you complete in Gmail or on your phone appears done in Doneday the next time you look at it — usually before you can switch tabs.
Will Doneday create new Google accounts or new lists?
No. Doneday reads the Google account you sign in with and uses the Tasks lists you already have. Nothing is migrated or duplicated.
