1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Doneday ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Doneday is a task management and time tracking application that integrates with Google Workspace services, including Google Calendar and Google Tasks. The Service allows you to plan your week, track time, and sync data with your Google account.
3. User Accounts
To use Doneday, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Google API Services
Doneday uses Google APIs to access your Google Calendar and Google Tasks data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Doneday and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Doneday and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doneday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doneday operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
